The Holiplay Foundation is the non-for-profit community enterprise arm of our business whose aim is to support vulnerable young people and families living and working in the local community through the delivery of charitable projects facilitated in partnership with stakeholders and other community interest organisations.

Over the years our staff, children, parents and carers have taken part in and led numerous events to fundraise for local and national charities raising 1000’s of pounds. We have also led a number of specialist volunteering projects on the international stage which have included trips out to Mombassa in Kenya, Kathmandu, Nepal and Marrakech in Morocco.

We thank you in advance for taking an interest in the work that we do to enrich and support individuals and like-minded organisations on a local, national and international level. You are very welcome to support any ongoing or upcoming projects through donations directly to The Holiplay Foundation or via affiliate donation platforms including Just Giving or Go Fund Me etc. To make a one-off of regular donation to The Holiplay Foundation or to find out how you or your company can support a campaign that we are delivering, please send an email to foundation@holiplay.co.uk and one of our board members will reach out to you to discuss your enquiry.

Financial support that we receive is frequently used to offer the following projects and services:

  • Provide free hot lunches to children during school holidays through the national HAF scheme
  • Provide 1:2:1 care for children with additional support needs
  • Provide educational trips and projects for children from low-income families.
  • Computer Literacy Skills and Online Safety Workshops or Parents & Carers
  • Individual or Group Therapeutic Counselling for children, parents and carers
  • In-school support and mentorship for vulnerable/at risk children and young people

Sponsored Walk for Dogs Trust

Dear Parents and Carers, We are taking part in the PAW Patrol on a Stroll Charity Walk this October to help raise funds for Dogs Trust and we’d really love your help! 💪 On Thursday 17th October our morning children will be participating in a sponsored walk around Figges Marsh in Mitcham, and our afternoon children will get their opportunity on Friday 11th October. All children in attendance on the day will be taking part in the walk and they will have an opportunity to wear any Paw Patrol fancy dress costumes, PJ’s or clothing you might have at home. The children and staff will spend some time this week designing their very own Paw Patrol Hero mask which they will be able to wear on the Big Day.

Million Step Challenge 2024

Million Step Challenge Sponsored Walk

This year we will be fundraising for Diabetes UK and will be collectively participating in the 1,000,000 step challenge. Our contribution will be a 2.5 mile walk to the park which is approximately 6000 steps per participant. Collectively we should complete over 5,000,000 steps on the day. When we get to the park the first objective is to take a mahoosive Holiplay Team Photo and then some individual group photos after which Play Leaders can play a few team games or visit the playground and have a bit of downtime and enjoy a complimentary ice-lolly before heading back to base by bus at 4pm, with an expected return time of 5pm. Parents are invited to attend this charity walk with their child and will tag along to with the allocated group leader.

Holiplay Downsview will be heading to Crystal Palace Park – Estimated walk time 1h 15mins – 6000 steps

Holiplay Ryelands also heading to Crystal Palace Park – Estimated walk time 1h 15mins – 6000 steps

Make sure you have comfortable walking shoes and a water bottle.
