This year’s Summer Camp Staff Training Day is fast approaching and we need to confirm the actual number of staff attending so that we can begin to finalise the set up for the day and coordinate this year’s summer camp staffing schedule. Please complete the form below to confirm your attendance on Saturday 6th July 2024. It is also important to notify all casual workers that if they do not attend the annual camp staff training day and or have not worked at the Holiplay for a period of 12 months or more they will automatically be off-boarded as an employee and will need to formally re-apply for future work. Kids Camp Staff Training Day on Saturday 6th July 2024 Confirmation*

I will be attending the training day on Saturtday 6th July 2024.
I cannot attend due to other commitments but am available for back up cover over the summer.
I won’t be attending the camp training day as I work during the school term time only.
I have moved on and would like to be off-rolled from Holiplay thank you.

I understand that before I am allocated work over the summer break I must complete an online Staff Capability Assessment and score 100%..*

I understand that before I am allocated work over the summer break I will have a DBS check carried out against me to assess my eligibility to work.*

I understand that if I am off-rolled after 12 months of inactivity I will need to re-apply for a position should if I want to pick up any future work with Holiplay.*

I understand that this is an unpaid training day, however by attending this means that I will have first preference on available work shifts. Complimentary breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be provided.*

I understand that children will not be present on the day and I may (if applicable) need to organise childcare for my child.*
